Hello, I am just curious, does the subhalo ID in TNG50-1 are the same as in TNG50-1-Dark? Lets say for subhaloID 515296, are both simulation shows the same coordinate and properties?

No, there is no relation between (sub)halo IDs across different simulations, or even across different snapshots.
However, dark matter particle IDs are the same between TNG50-1 and TNG50-1-Dark. This has been used to construct the (d) Subhalo Matching Between Runs catalog, which should be of use.
