I am trying to use the API to pull halpha images from the visualiser for snapshot 33 TNG50-1 and am getting a HTTPError 500 raised from my code. When I go to the visualiser on the web, it states there is an input error. I know these subhalo IDs are there as this was working fine before all the data troubles in the last few weeks. Is this a known problem? Should I watch and wait?

Thanks for pointing this out, indeed things had gotten shuffled and broken again. Everything should be working now.

Hi, I just made another post about this issue before noticing this one and I'm still getting this same error (TNG100-1--see my post for examples)
