Download time for individual subhalos has significantly increased

Several months ago I downloaded a subhalo (id = 242959, snapshot = 135) from the Illustris-1 simulation. It took maybe a few minutes but this was not a problem.
I have noticed now that if I try to download the same subhalo (or one of a similar size) it hangs for many hours without downloading anything. I was wondering if something had changed in the intervening months or if this was an issue.

Should have been just a temporary issue, either heavy usage or the server having some issues. Hopefully if you try again now it should be basically the same speed as ever?
