program can't access data

Hello, when I try to run my program to access illustris I encounter the following error:

ConnectionError: ('Connection aborted.', error(54, 'Connection reset by peer'))

I can't figure out what is causing this, and I was wondering if any user has encountered this problem and knows how to solve it.
