Hi,
I want to download illustris-2-Dark snapshot135 DATA, I followed the instruction which use a batch download script to download the hdf5 files. However, it shows "ERROR 404: Not Found." Is there anything wrong with me or something wrong with the download server?

Hello,
For now I suggest just to switch from www.illustris-project.org to www.tng-project.org (which also has the data for Illustris-2-Dark). This should all work fine.

is there any easy way to match the same fof halo in different resolution simulations, like between illustris-1 and illustris-3?

This will be available in the future for TNG runs, but for now I would suggest the easiest is to just select the closest (central) halo (in 3D space), within a given mass tolerance, e.g. 0.3 dex.
