I can't seem to find a way to access Supplementary Data Catalogs (b) Photometric Non-Parametric Stellar Morphologies and (c) Stellar Circularities, Angular Momenta, Axis Ratios.
Are they available as separate hdf5 files? If so, how can I find the url?

Well, it took me a while but I found them on my own. Links can be found navigating the illustris-1 entry in the Raw Data Downloads table found in http://www.illustris-project.org/data/
