Download of IllustrisTNG300-1 z=0 group catalogue with difficulties

Hi,
I tried to download the group catalogue mentioned above, starting yesterday evening around 7pm CEST. The download did not put one file after the other in the folder but skipped some. Out of 10, there were at least 2 not being downloaded, either with "ERROR 403: Forbidden." or "ERROR 503: Service Unavailable.". Now I have about 250 files that are not file 0-249 but scattered between file no. 0 and 290. Trying again in the last hour, the download problem still persists.

I'm running into the same kind of issue as described above, and I wanted to add my experience in case it helps narrow down what's going on. I'm building a catalog of quiescent galaxies at z=3 (snapshot 25) from TNG100-1 and pulling about 14 Subhalo fields to compute sSFR and select quiescent systems. Even with far fewer, much smaller requests, and even trying at 3 AM EST, I'm still getting persistent 403 and 503 errors on the field-download endpoint. Retries eventually exhaust without success.
Is there a current known status on this, or is there another endpoint/approach recommended in the meantime?
