In JupyterLabs, I would like to create plots similar to those in the Visualize Galaxies and Halos app, so that I can adjust sizes, labels, and other settings for better usability. I would also like to modify the cube orientation to generate the final plots.
In particular, I want to plot the following:
partType = gas and partField = coldens_msunkpc2
partType = stars and partField = coldens_msunkpc2
partType = dm and partField = coldens_msunkpc2
Please, can you help me with that?
Cheers,
Efrain

In the Lab, you can either (i) use the visualize tool via its API, or (ii) write your own visualization script.
